Day 3 of AEM @ NYP.
Same old routine, but this time it got worst. I was late for lesson for 1 whole hour. I am just horrible. During holidays my body clock is just screwed, basically. It's just so hard to wake up early.. No the lecturer did not punish me on anything, i mean it's poly after all, but i felt really bad of course..
By the time i reach class for lesson, it was time for tea break.. How cool huh?
TEA BREAK FOOD.
I know i've never said this but all the food they provide, 85% of it taste damn good, kind of miss it already ): Oh well, life goes on. whut.
So for the day itself, we were learning about how to do 'mystery shopping', what is the purpose & everything, then part 2 of the lesson was not really lesson, we went for out mystery shopping at NEX(the place our group chose).
Okay, so what we did was we were suppose to compare 2 shop's customer service. We can choose any of the 2 shops but they have to be selling the same kind of products. Like lets say, i choose Cotton On, I have to choose like F21 & not Singtel or Breadtalk, it must be in the same category. So we have to come up with a evaluation form. Like a rating kind of form and we use it to compare 2 companies. Also we have to come up with scenarios like, we are suppose to act like normal customers but in actual fact we are mystery shoppers. So we have to come up with what to say and 'test' how good their customer service are. Sounds complicated but it was pretty easy :) The 2 shops we chose we KITSCHEN & ESPIRIT.
So we head on down to NEX for our Mystery Shopping Trip - Practical. We walked in in pairs to 'test' the sales person. //fast forward// once down we evaluate. In case you don't know & want to know, KITSCHEN customer service suck like shit! but ESPIRIT's customer service is damn good :) So don't shop at KITSCHEN even though their stuff are pretty nice & affordable.. yeahh that's basically what we do.
After the whole mystery shopping thing we didn't have to go back to NYP, so we can actually just hang around after completing the task & we did, we went to visit the pet shop, walked around & even accompanied yi ling to go get a job! & she did get that job ;)

Just the same old things, nothing really special about today, but instead of hanging at the studios, me, hwee leng, annabella, apple & tricia were hanging at the office just beside the studios, but this time we did not get chased out ;) We were watching epic fail youtube videos & just laughing damn loudly :P Also gossip a bit, adam came in for food and talk a lil before going back to where he belongs~ It was really fun just hanging with those girls. It's like our own party :) But before all that i actually was hanging at the studios, with Jannis, Zoey & some other not so close friends :) Then Cass left because of reasons that i can't say here~ Apple asked me over then we had fun the whole night just like that, basically :') I also met one of my biggest crush for this year! JASON! He is an intern for being a DJ :) Actually i only thought he was really cute on Thursday, Day 4 of the whole party :) Want to know more? Wait up for Day 4 of the party :D

Everyday of the party is just new surprises for me & i loved every single part of it :') I loved that i made so many new friends and i get to really relaxed myself, even though there are some frustrating things, but i still feel a lot better whenever i go for the party. I just wished it was a everyday thing and not just for that week.
